Just plain Todd on WRKO ("Taste" gone)

Speaking of WRKO...  My wife and I took a trip to CT
and had a chance to listen to WRKO on the way down and
back.  Yesterday, Howie Carr made a comment about "new
breaks" .  Have they changed many things lately.  I
noticed they did a news/traffic break every :20.  Have
they always done this?
