And then there's the ubiquitous "nor'easter," a term which, in my fifty-four
years as a born-and-bred Yankee, I've never known anyone to use except news
anchors, weather forecasters, and print journalists (who appear to have
picked it up from the former).

Edward Rowe Snow would be mightily offended.
