Yes, in fact this week may be the first anniversary of the event.
When M.G. was a talk show host at WMAL in Washington, DC, he really
went overboard about calling Muslims "terrorists". Some Muslim organizations
protested and Michael was at first suspended, then fired when he refused to
apologize. I suspect these days he refers primarily to "Islamicists" or
"those Muslims involved in terrorism" so as not to seem as though he's
referring to ALL Muslims. I recall that Jay Severin came close to saying the
same thing at that time, but G. M. chose not to censure him.
