Highly doubtful - there's nothing either "obscene" or "indecent" about 
it (at least in the eyes of the law).

Given DePetro's history in Providence, I suspect I'm not alone in 
thinking this was only a matter of time. (I can think of another 
relative newcomer to the Boston talk ranks about whom this is even more 
true.)
