CHOI "shock jock" will oversee CRTC

Recently the case of CHOI came up here.  It's the Quebec station that  
almost lost its license because of talk show hosts pushing the limits.

One of those talk hosts ran for the Canadian House of Commons, and  
won.  Now André Arthur has been appointed to the parliamentary  
committee that oversees the Canadian Radio-Television and  
Telecommunications Commission.

In US terms, it would be like naming Congressman Howard Stern to  
become a watchdog over the FCC.
