40 minute music sweeps like the ones on the former WSSH started at :55 
and ended at :35. With 9 spots (3 x 3) between :35 and :55 and then back 
at it.  If you could sustain a listener for the full sweep, there was 
your hour for the book. IIRC, Wish had some solid numbers back in the 
mid and late 80s with that model (among other good ingredients.)
