interference on 1030

I looked it up in AMSTNS. Very odd facilities. I gather that Point Pleasant
is not very close to Pittsburgh (suburb of Charleston--maybe?) because KDKA
is right in front of the pattern maximum--equivalent to about 25 kW ND. I
realize that the soil conductivity in the Appalachians isn't great but I
didn't expect to see a pattern like that.
