WFSB changes their mind

WFSB Hartford (channel 3) had made an agreement with the City of  
Hartford to relocate from their home of many years, Constitution Plaza  
in downtown Hartford, to a city-owned parcel downtown.  They have now  
changed their minds and will probably relocate to the suburbs after  
realizing the site would be too small.
