Entercom to streamcast again--but not Red Sox?

Why would Entercom get a special dispensation from MLB when Clear
Channel (WLW--Reds, KOA--Rockies, etc.) and Infinity/Viacom (WFAN, WCBS,
etc.) cannot? MLB will retain Internet streaming rights, as usual.
