ratings update

What I meant by that is the condition when a station changes format
and you look back at the last book just before the format change and
found they actually went up, not down, with the "previous" format. by
the way I should mention that yes, this latest "book" is really a
monthly trend not a full book. I guess next month there will be a more
comprehensive ratings book out.
