Network newscasts on Boston radio

[Doug Drown]

I've never quite understood why the Infinity stations that are CBS
affiliates (such as 'BZ and WTIC) aren't required to carry the hourly
network newscasts.  They're "CBS-owned," after all.  Can someone explain?
