Not sure who's at "1410" Balltown Road now, but CC is indeed combining its 
two radio studio facilities in the area (the WGY/WRVE/WKKF/WHRL studios 
near Crossgates Mall and the WTRY/WOFX/WPYX studios at the 980 transmitter 
site) into a Colonie office park. Channel 23 stays put.
