Vinikoor weighs COL move for NH station

Bob Vinikoor is thinking of moving the COL for his unbuilt AM station in Lebanon, NH to N. Charlestown, NH. It would have a signal that would reach from "Burlington to Manchester" and he could change his FM 99.7 signal to classical (??) The AM station (720, right?) would have talk and sports.
