I received an e-mail not cced to the whole board
that there's a problem with a phasor.  Hmmm...
it's a Saturday of a holiday weekend;  will
the station have to order parts and get a consulting
engineer?  This could keep 980 in Lowell silent
for a couple of days.  Or do they have spares
out there in the woods NW of the city, and service
can be expected to resume momentarily?
