Skowhegan/Waterville radio

The last I knew, Jason Roberts, of this list, was
programming both of those stations.  I lived in Canaan
for a while back in 2001 and 107.9 WHQO was called
"108 The Party" and was a screaming commcercial free
jockless CHR.  Then CCU came in and added it to their
N/T network.
