Quantum Buys Boch Cape Cluster

Qantum (their spelling) already owns WRZE 96.3, WCIB 101.9
and WPXC 102.9 on the Cape.  The first 2 being 50K watters.
Qantum will own all but 2 of the full power stations if this
goes forward.
