Disagree, mildly.

What FNX needs to be able to do is to hit the dorm rooms on both 
sides of the Charles. They can't do it from Malden/Medford. They'll 
do it pretty well from One Financial Center, certainly far better 
than they would from Andover and the 99.5 site.
