WEVS 88.3 Nashua NH on 7 second delay, but the 90.3 translator in Nashua is not

I noticed driving in to work this morning that the Nashua 90.3 signal for
NH Public Radio  is in sync with the primary station WEVO 89.1 Concord NH.
However, the new WEVS signal at 88.3 Nashua NH, is on a delay of about 7
seconds. Does anyone else find this unuaual?
