Trouble is , those pesky leases generally require that you make the lease
payments on a regular basis.

Owning is great if you can.  Real estate helps a lot when a potential buyer
is trying to find financing.  I think WSYY is leasing their AM/Studio site
as well.  All they have is a license, a bunch of junk, and the morning man
will be in the federal pen until 2006.
