satellite radio in a restaurant

I've heard satellite radio (Sirius also, I think) being played at 
Trader Joe's in Needham.

I know that commercial enterprises pay more, and get a specialized 
service with fewer channels, if they subscribe to DirecTV.  I wonder if 
the satellite networks also have a commercial subscribers' package?  
That could possibly include rights fees.
