Your attempts at humor might improve with more contemporary cultural
references.  ;-)

But seriously -- what is the argument for government regulation of satellite
or pay cable TV?  One had to take an affirmative step to have the
programming in their home and must pay a fee every month.  Unlike broadcast
TV and radio, or even basic cable, it is not something that you can
accidentally stumble upon.

Most cable boxtops also come with a very simple feature to lock out certain
channels to keep kids from seeing them.
