Speaking of Embargos...

My e-mail from allaccess.com indicates that Providence,RI
and Springfield, MA are being embargoed. Apparently
this doesn't happen just to the smaller cities;  Cleveland, OH
is still on the list and has been for a while.  Where do
sales reps in embargoed markets get valid numbers without cheating?
