It was reported on All Access today as well. According to that article,
this will take effect on Jan.1, 2005, and is intended to reduce the number
of hourly minutes of commercials per hour and the length of commercials in a
spot break. In addition, Clear Channel will reduce and limit the amount of
promotional interruptions on their stations. This plan is intended to allow
for advertisers to get more value for their spots by having less clutter and
shorter stop sets.
