"This is Dick Albert on the roof, overlooking 128!"  Here in Burlington, WPTZ's
Tom Messner often will be outside in the lot near the dish farm.  Perhaps
they'll shoot cams at the airport or in Plattsburg.  Remember Shelby Scott and
her color-coded wool caps?  Not that it wasn't a waste of great talent, but it
provide for a "you are here" perspective.
