Radio stunt? Outside in a bathing suit?

A friend sent this to me from the Indianapolis paper:

What station is doing this?  Isn't this a dangerous stunt?

Some New Englanders are trying to prove their toughness. In a contest being
sponsored by a Boston radio station today, the person who stays out in the
cold the longest, wearing only a bathing suit, will win two tickets to
Sunday's game.
