Time For Jimmy Carter To Worry

It's time for Jimmy Carter (no not THAT Jimmy Carter, the morning talk-show host on WTTT-AM 1150 Boston) to
start worrying about his job. WTTT owner Salem Communications
announced that rotund virtue-peddler Bill Bennett will
be hosting a new talk show to be heard from 6:00 am till 9:00 am
weekdays Eastern time. It doesn't seem logical that Salem would
acquire the services of a Conservative, um, heavyweight,
and eschew putting him on their talk outlet in Boston.
Oh, and in other early drive time news, it appears that
north shore powerhouse (?) WNSH-AM 1570 in Beverly has
dropped Doug Stephan's show for a show called "Sunrise"
or something like that. It used to be on WMVU/WOTW-AM 900
in Nashwah (that's how their jingle pronounced it.)
Doug may be big in Montana or Arkansas, but he can't
get any affiliates in his back yard!
