GIN, GIP, etc

By and large, ALL programming is simulcast on 930 WGIN Rochester (The
"Tanguary" of radio stations), 1540 WGIP Exeter (but only until local
Sunset, 5:15PM for Feb), AND 1400 WTSL Lebanon, with 610 WGIR as flagship.

(which BTW is why I'm a little surprised the Fisher Cats went with 1450
WKXL, basically unlistenable in Manchester....and yes I know 107.7 WTPL will
also carry, but even for them, Manchester is the 'edge' of what for the
average radio listener is considered 'listenable')

PS: When the HECK is 1700 obligated to be "powered up" over there in
Rochester?

Does anyone know if 1540, 930 & 610AM in NH are simulcast all the time?  Or
just certain programs?
