In a CNN article today, TiVo corporation revealed second-by-second details of how TiVo users rewound and replayed the Janberlake nudity during SuperBowl half-time festivities.  This seems just a little intrusive to me.  How many TiVo owners truly know how closely they are being scrutinized?
