I thought that the original MOYL station was WDJZ, the 1530 daytimer in
Bridgeport CT. I heard that many years ago and continued to believe it until
I read your post just now. I still kinda believe it--because I think I heard
it from more than one source. Could more than one station have begun using
Hamm's (then tape-delivered) service at the same time? It's not too hard to
believe that Hamm might have started out with multiple affiliates.
