FCC ruling blocks 3 Maine stations pending sale to Clear ChannelCommunications

Does any feel that this is Clear Channel's way of "throwing a bone" to the
FCC.  By giving up a couple of stations that really won't make a big
difference to CC's bottom line, CC can now point to the precedence and claim
that they haven't had unprecedented growth.   Its one of those "Oh yes, we
want those stations <wink wink>".
