Yeh, until those angry customers (except for the ones that NEVER have an accident) find out the rates would be significantly higher. "And like a good neighbor" Indeed!

Until these companies can set their own rates, they will not come here.

Actually it helps the companies in their attempt to lobby for the rules 
to be changed to run the adds and have angry consumers find out why they 
can't get those products n Mass.
