Another interesting language quirk that apparently only
applies to radio:
the prefixes (or is the plural of 'prefix' 'prefeces'?)
non-  and  omni- are pretty much diametrically opposed except
when referring to radio towers...omni-directional and 
non-directional antennas mean the same thing!
