During the holiday weekend, I was out in upstate NY, western Mass. and SW VT (uh, Bill; how can you even HAVE urban 
legends in Vermont?); some station out there was carrying CNN Radio News, 
and the subject was about the upcoming 25th anniversary of
the beginning of the reign of JP II (so old he's infallible AND incontinent);
on the agenda is also the beatification of Mother Theresa.
The CNN announciatrix pronounced it BEAT-A_fication
(it's bee-AT-if-cation).  Of course CNN is headquartered
in Georgia, Southern Baptist country and they don't even
regard the RCC as Christian! No wonder she got it wrong.
