VPR repeaters

The Addison Independent reporting that Vermont Public Radio is seeking to
operate two LPFMs from Middlebury at 99.5 and 95.3.  With the announced WVPC
(88.1 Norwich), it looks like a second VPR network is beginning to take some
form.

Given the sorry state of radio in Vermont, VPR seems to hold an unusually high
presence across the state's markets, IMO.  Looks like the  station will be able
to focus one metwork on NT and the other on music.  Probably a year out for the
Middlebury stations, per the article.  The article suggests that VPR could base
its equipment at Middlebury College's WRMC (91.1 Middlebury) site.
