IANAL, but the sponsorship ID rules are very specific on the fact that all matter for which compensation is received must be identified as such on the air.  I'm less clear on the logging requirement, although not logging something for which compensation was received is inherently dishonest, especially when program logs are used to generate billing, and especially when the DJ's signature appears on each page, as many companies require.
