The low power FM planned in Portsmouth continues to chug along.  Below is a

I have serious doubts about the effort but wish them well.  The proposed
programming that was released earlier is painfully boring, but it's good to
see someone planning something for these low-powers other than constant acid
rock from the 60s or pitch after pitch about how wonderful a community is
and aren't we all so lucky!   :0
