FCC gives ultimatum to Radio Free Brattleboro

The Brattleboro (VT) Reformer says FCC agents visited
pirate Radio Free Brattleboro and told them they have
10 days to produce a license; if not, they say they'll
seize the equipment. RFB claims they have community
support;
some Vermont legislators have expressed support for
the station as well but in this case, any state
laws cannot supersede federal ones.
