PD & Traffic Directors





 I am looking for feedback from those of you on the list who are current
 or former Program Directors or Traffic Directors

 Within the next couple of weeks I am going to be talking to a group of P
D's
 and TD's as part of my association with The Traffic Directors Guild of
 America www.tdga.org.  If you have been in either of these positions you
may
 have some thoughts on how these two departments can work together better
for
 the benefit of their radio stations and their own well being.

 What are the most common conflicts you have you run into and how did you
 solve them?
 If you were running the other department instead of yours what would you do
 or have done differently?
 What do you think is most misunderstood about your job by the Traffic
 Director (or the PD if you are answering this as a TD)?
 Any anecdotes about the best or worst TD or PD you have worked with and
what
 made them that way?
