Just FYI, about a month ago (according to my mom in Mystic, CT)...WCNI has successfully increased their power and moved to 90.9.  According to the FCC, their License to Cover application has been accepted for filing.  So it looks pretty official now.

FWIW, I was able to tune in WCNI right after crossing the CT/RI border heading west on I-95 but there was still a fair amount of multipath, no doubt due to their low HAAT.
