I am amazed that WHOM did't raise a fuss over this. 

There is a local religious LPFM for Ellsworth ME on 95.1 which is only
on second-adjacent channel between WKSQ 94.5 and WWMJ 95.7. both
licensed to Ellsworth, although their transmitters are 10 miles NW of
Ellsworth on Bald Mountain in Dedham, halfway between Ellsworth and
Bangor. The LPFM has yet to hit the air, but according to the FCC data
base it has been approved!!  Talk about being "sandwiched-in" between
two locals.
