Letterman does not go out over the air in HD anywhere, cable or otherwise, 
to my knowledge.

Over 50% of CBS prime-time shows are HD from what I've seen. Their 48
Hours and 60 Minutes shows are not available in native HD, which skews 
those statistics a bit, as they account for the equivalent of at least one 
full prime-time evening...

Why would there be haggling on price? Wouldn't this qualify as
'must-carry'?
