Win Baker who was GM of both WBZ (4) and WNEV (7) passed away Saturday 
at the age of 72. He has been credited with creating Eyewitness News 
while at KYW Philadelphia, Evening Magazine and People Are Talking. He 
also was hired by GE CEO Jack Welch to pave the way for General Electric 
to buy NBC
