RE: college radio gone dark for summer?

WJMF 88.7 appears to be off the air.  WDOM 91.3, about 1/4 mile from my
house, is off the air.  In the past, I remember WDOM just broadcasting
dead air all summer.  Perhaps someone advised them that it was illegal.

Can anyone confirm for me if WJMF (Smithfield, RI) WDOM (Providence) and

WSCB (Springfield, MA) have gone dark for the summer?  All are small 
college stations I can't receive from my home or office...I can call up 
their numbers but I figure it might be quicker to tap the awesome power
of 
the list  :-)
