Yikes...isn't this how the situation in Minot, ND came about?
Those who read the FCC Daily Digests daily have noted occasions
when the Fish and Chips Council have threatened to put some 
transactions on ice because it would lead to hyper-concentration 
in a market.  Are they waiting for Vox to buy WBRK AM&FM?
