While spinning the dial around 12:30 pm yesterday,
I  heard them discussing the issue on "Democracy
Now" (on WZBC). A guest talked about how the
tiny Clear Channel went from 40 stations to
over 1,200 in a short period of time after the
Telecommunications Act of '96. And the Minot, N.D.
incident was also mentioned. (What if news happens
and over-consolidated radio groups don't cover it?)
