Good point.  Alert: Orange could mean anything - or, nothing at all.  Nonetheless, those wanting to get news when it is news will not be comforted by the sounds of Joe Castiglione, regardless of his fine delivery. WBZ would need to have an arrangement in place to move the Sox over to a sister station under extreme circumstances.  Another possibility, doubtful dollar-wise, would be that WBZ would carve-out some of the local avails for scheduled news updates or breaking news.  Or, they could just hope for a rain delay.
