Well, for a couple of nights in a row, a couple of weeks ago, all
of the GM stations on the Pru were either at reduced power or using
alt. xmtr(s)--but all of the other stations (100.7, 104.1 and 107.9)
remained at normal levels--and my immediate thought was the same:
"Well, they must be installing IBOC!"
