Funny you mention that.  The designated protestors shanty town in Portland
is Monument Square, which is adjacent to One City Center, where WBLM and the
other Citadel stations are located.  Also located in the building is the
Portland office of Senator Susan Collins and in one protest, they did block
one of the many entrances to the building.

Chuck shouldn't have any problems getting to work because Saga moved their
stations out to the mall about a decade ago.  The only protest that might
delay him would be if the methadone clinic next door to the station runs out
one morning.  ;-)
