Is this legal? I understand these are minors and they may 
have no choice but to take the bus if the school district 
is in an extremely rural area, but from what I've learned 
in our Broadcasting class recently, you lose all 
expectations of privacy once you leave the home, 
particular when you set foot on a public transit vehicle. 
(One of the cases brought up in our discussion was Public 
Utilities v. Pollak, c. 1952.)
