I think the biggest loser is MSNBC, which has simply been a simulcast of NBC
most of the time.

Fox sucks at live coverage of big stories.  They were also bad on 9/11.
Despite that, I saw on Drudge that they won the ratings war of the cable
channels on the first night of the way.
